Detailed Description:
Duo cone seal canbe installed on rotavator,seal group keeps out silt,sand,foreign substance to operate for a long time period.
Floating seal should be assembled correctly,otherwise it will leads to leak oil and shorten span life.Following the three steps of installation:
Step one
To check the elastomeric ring isnot nick and cut,and make sure the elastomeric ring is straight on the metal ring and not twisted,then the housing should be cleared up by wipe.
Step two
Confirm the end of housing bore G should be parallel to the sliding band of floating seal D,the life span willbe shortened if the installation method is not correct.Use measuring device to check the assembled height variation in a least four places.
Step third
Wipe the surface of each metal face seal,make sure that the surface is free of any foreign material,and apply for lubricant oil to it.
